| one of the best jrpg series ive played so far and my current all time favorite. great writing, great visuals, great music, and fun combat systems. this applies to the earlier meta entries, xenogears and xenosaga, but they do have flaws that are more pronounced than xenoblade such as gears having a flashy but not that deep combat system and sagas quality inconsistency (didnt complete the saga trilogy all the way so thats bound to change). blade 1 is the entry i started with and its simple, which can make it good for newcomers although because of that, the character writing can feel flat and the combat system is the most shallow out of the xenoblade games so far. blade 2 is my current favorite entry in the series so far. combat system is far more involved than blade 1s and the character writing is far more deeper, to the point where most of the party members get arcs, backstories, lore, and/or rounded personalities. blade x is the entry ive yet to play, i feel like ill like this one since theres a lot of customization and content. |
most fun platformer series ive ever played. most entries are pretty good and usually contain good music. also the official artwork is amazing. i prefer the metroidvanias over the classicvanias. reason is how hard the classicvanias can be at times and the metroidvanias having a decent amount of content to keep me occupied and having jrpg elements in the gameplay which complements the other series. my most favorite entry is symphony of the night and i would recommended it as your first entry. however if you want a different metroidvania, then go over to aria of sorrow, which is mostly easier than sotn (had to use save states on the final boss). if you wanna start with a classicvania, id pick between bloodlines and super castlevania 4. rondo of blood is also fine. still, ive not played all the entries and ill still try to get around that someday. |

as far as i remember, it was partially from making a username for my minecraft account and being ashamed of my old name.
why did you make a neocities site?
mostly because i saw another person who did their own and got inspired from it. also because carrd is more limited from what ive gathered.
why is the aethestic like this?
i was trying to go for a mid-late 2000s look with the gradients and chroma. doesnt exactly look like it and i may try to emulate that better sometime.
